Allows operation of lights from up to 75 feet distance without wires. Sends command signals by means of radio waves through walls and ceilings from anywhere inside or outside of the home. Plug-in transceiver (6314) picks up signal and conveys it through the home’s AC wiring network to a maximum of 16 groups of receiver modules set to the same letter code. Makes it possible to switch downstairs lights "ON" or "OFF" from upstairs, outdoor lights from the car, the coffee maker in the kitchen from the bedside, and the kids room lights from the master bedroom. Provides complete fingertip control over the house’s lights and appliances. When more than one transceiver is required, units should be positioned between 6 and 75 feet apart to avoid interference. Require four AAA batteries (not included).
